Jane Ribinskas established yogaconcepts as a result of a long-term vision and personal journey, discovering self-empowering wisdom knowledge and techniques that has truly turned her life around to success and happiness on all levels.

Through these discoveries she has embarked on a passionate life mission to share in the journey of her students and impart the wisdom knowledge she has gained to enhance personal freedom.

Jane lives in the present moment, she is aware of the importance of the past to sculpt a positive future. She helps individuals identify their stress patterns by working with the body, mind and breath to enhance their pathway to self-realisation. Jane often says, “Open your body and open your mind to bring about transformation". She delivers skills for you to discover the experience of total awareness, minute by minute, moment by moment.

Offering an integral approach Jane helps you achieve your full potential. Through this process your posture is improved, energy levels are increased, clarity of thought is enhanced, you are strengthened on a physical and psychological level, the aging process is slowed, skin and muscle tone is improved, beyond mind can be experienced and overall well being with connections occuring on all levels.

Karen McKay
Karen has practiced yoga for 8 years and has experience in Hatha and Ashtanga styles. Karen's classes incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and yogic philosophy.Her qualifications include: A. Diploma of Classical Yoga - Australian College of Classical Yoga, Sri Jani Baker, Melbourne B. Member of Australian Yoga Teachers Association of Australia C. Advanced Practitioner Certificate Reflexology, Aust School of Reflexology & Relaxation Karen has a background in dance and martial arts. She began yoga classes several years ago and has found that the yogic philosophy discovered in her yogic training enabled her to look at life positively and imparted a feeling of peace and freedom. Karen's aim is to be able share this information with her students and encourage them to utilise yoga in the outside world as well as in the yoga room. She holds a natural empathy, calmness and friendliness which is shown through her practice and teaching style. Karen enjoys a career in the corporate sector giving her insight into the pressures and challenges that corporate students are faced with on a day to day level.

Lucinda Marshall

Lucinda combines the precise skeletal alignment of Iyengar yoga with the dynamic flow of Ashtanga-vinyasa yoga to create a challenging, enjoyable and highly beneficial style. Lucinda received her certification in yoga asana, pranayama and meditation from master yoga teacher Nicky Knoff in 2003. She has studied Ashtanga-vinyasa, Iyenga, Shadow, Tibetan, Bikram and kundalini yoga styles. She holds certificates in Reiki 2, Biodynamic Massage and Aromatherapy. Her exploration of bodywork includes experience in Belly dance, Ballet, Martial Arts, Postural Therapy and The Feldenkrais Method. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. She is a member of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia and continues her studies in yoga, healing and meditation.
