Class level descriptions

Beginners
Beginners classes are for students who have little or no yoga experience. The beginners course will give you a good foundation in yoga. It includes ashtanga yoga, "the knowing" vinyasa and some hatha yoga.

Level 1
Level 1 classes are designed for students who have completed a yogaconcepts beginners course, it builds on the concepts learned in the Beginners course and deepens your yoga practice.

Intermediate
Intermediate classes are recommended for students who have experience in a dynamic style of yoga or have completed a Level 1 course. The intermediate classes include more inversions (such as headstands and handstands) and stronger backbends. There is deeper exploration of the primary Ashtanga sequence and The Knowing Flow™ vinyasa.

Pilates on the Mat
Pilates focuses on building core strength and body awareness. This is helpful in correcting weaknesses in the body. Pilates was designed for injured dancers with rigourous routines to recover and continue performing. It is now available for everyone.
